Volleyball is part of the most popular individual sports in contemporary global sports reforming. The first country outside the United States to adopt volleyball was Canada in 1900. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since 1964.
CBLC Student Service Department held a Volleyball Clinic in Morrison gym on Friday, May 31st, 2013. The games was played by over 30 international students and 2 professional coaches with many years of experience, Gordon Power and Brianna MacKinno. Although this is the first time many students played volleyball, they enjoyed the games very much and made some new friends. The competition was very fierce and the score was tied.
